^ RED SPINACH IN SHRIMP & FISH BALL GRAVY ^

Hello friends, I'm back with another simple dimple recipe today using red spinach..... Spinach leaves is used for the treatment of cleaning the blood after the birth, strengthens hair roots, low blood pressure, anemia, and renal failure. Spinach is one of my favorite vegetable and red spinach is considered more nutritious than green spinach.

My boys too are ok when it's spinach coz it gets tender when cooked. So I added some fish balls for my boys and some fresh shrimps as well to give the gravy a very nice taste. It's a simple dish and very easy and fast to make as well.

^ RED SPINACH IN SHRIMP & FISH BALL GRAVY ^

Ingredients :-
1 bunch - Spinach ~ I used red spinach
6 to 8 - shrimps ~ peeled & devein
8 - fish balls ~ I got the small cute ones, cut into halves
1 - fresh red chilly ~ chopped
2 cloves - garlic ~ pounded
3 shallots ~ pounded
1/2 knorr anchovies cube - optional


Method :-
  1. Heat a tbsp of canola oil. Add in the pounded shallots, garlic and red chilly . Fry till aromatic.
  2. Add in the shrimps and fish balls. Fry for a minute and throw in the cleaned spinach. 
  3. Season with salt and anchovies cube. Add about 1/3 cup of water and let boil till the spinach is tender and the fish balls are cooked.
  4. Dish out and serve immediately.
